NCYC 2023

NCYC is almost here! The following information has come in from the Archdiocese. Please review and complete all required forms.

• All participants (adults and youth) need to complete liability waivers for the CYO Office and NCYC.

• NCYC will email additional/separate liability forms to all participants that need to be completed as well.
• There will be two pickup/drop-off locations for the trip:
  • Southshore – St. Matthew the Apostle, River Ridge (YEAH!!!)
  • Northshore – St. Luke, Slidell
• We’re staying at the Westin Indianapolis located at 241 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN.
• Our hotel is conveniently connected to the Convention Center and Circle Centre Mall via the city’s skywalk.
• Please remind your young people to dress modestly. Even though we will spend majority of our time indoors please remind that it will be cold in Indy next month.
• The CYO Office will cover breakfast (TBD) on Thursday, 11/16 as well as the group dinner (Buca Di Beppo) on Friday, 11/17.
• Groups/participants will be responsible for all other meals.
• There are food options at the convention center, hotel, and the mall which are connected to the hotel.
• We will depart Saturday, 11/18 after the closing Mass to get a head start getting home.
• NCYC participants have been known to bring small items from their hometowns to give away or trade with other participants at the conference. This is not required, but we are suggesting bringing a few Mardi Gras beads to trade with others.
